Ingredients
MARINADE
- 1/4
cup distilled white vinegar
- 1
tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 2
tablespoons thyme leaves
- 3
tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 12
oz Coronado Brewing Orange Wit
- 2-4
lamb chops
SAUCE
- 1
tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Marinate the lamb chops in the white vinegar, salt, black
pepper, garlic, onion, lemon, lime, orange wit, thyme, rosemary, and olive oil
for 2-3 hours. Pour the other half of the orange wit into a glass and enjoy
while you wait.
After marinating,
heat a skillet to medium/high heat and preheat the oven to 400F
Add some olive oil and add the lamb chops to the skillet.
Cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides depending on the size of the chops and your
preference of rareness. Allow onions and herbs to stick to the chops while
cooking.
After both sides have been cooked, place in the oven and
cook for 8-10 minutes depending on your preference of rareness.
While the chops are baking, reduce the marinade with the
butter and balsamic vinegar to half to become a thicker sauce to be poured over
the marinade.
Enjoy with a nice red wine or pair with a Saison, Belgian,
or any beer that you prefer!

Beer Review
This is a great, easy to drink beer especially for people
that are just starting to get into beer or people that aren’t the biggest beer
drinkers. It is light and smooth with flavors of citrus and wheat. There’s not
a lot of complexity with this beer, but it is great to relax with during the
summer to drink a few out under the sun. If you’re having people over, I
recommend buying a 6 pack of this to share. I rate this an 8/10.
